• Building prompt-engineering pipelines, RAG frameworks over vector databases, secure API integrations, and standardized model gateways via MCP with permission boundaries and access control.

• Built a corporate MCP server that standardized enterprise AI integrations, tool catalogs, and access control as a proxy and governance layer.
• Built enterprise RAG infrastructure and a corporate knowledge-management platform.
• Designed and implemented an AI governance framework with auditability standards and policy-enforcement controls for production adoption of AI-generated code and AI-developed services.
• Introduced AI-assisted code review and AI-native development workflows across the engineering team.
• Migrated the platform to a Kubernetes-based cloud-native stack with AWS Lambda and Cloudflare Workers for selected services and edge workloads.
• Led a cross-functional team of 15 across Development, DevOps/SRE, QA, and Infrastructure in multiple countries and time zones.

• Owned live-site operations for infrastructure of up to 400 servers handling approximately 300,000 requests per minute.
• Re-architected the core platform from a monolith to geo-distributed microservices, enabling international scale.
• Introduced Infrastructure-as-Code and standardized engineering delivery; migrated the organization to GitLab SaaS and later GitLab Self-Managed.
• Led an external Big Four cybersecurity audit, regulatory certification, technical due diligence, and the technical separation of the business during a company sale.
• Scaled the engineering organization to 50 people across development, QA, and infrastructure.

• Led the full re-architecture of the web platform for international growth; introduced DevOps practices and rebuilt CI/CD to reach 99.97% platform availability.
• Served as technical lead and primary company representative for the China expansion pilot, owning delivery from architecture through launch.
• Represented company IT interests in negotiations for Azerbaijan's Digital Skills programme, covering 500,000+ students nationwide.

• Built the engineering function from scratch and designed and developed the core programming education platform from concept through production launch and early scaling.
